Plain-English terms for using the app, taking a Plus subscription, and practising safely.
Last updated: 15 August 2026
Pretty Little Wiccan is a learning and practice app provided by Claire Collins trading as Pretty Little Wiccan. By using the app you agree to these terms.
They are written to be proportionate to what this app actually is: a small consumer app for learning about Wicca.
Pretty Little Wiccan is operated by Claire Collins trading as Pretty Little Wiccan.

Pretty Little Wiccan is for adults aged 18 or over. Use of the app by anyone under 18 is not permitted.
When you create an account you are asked to confirm that you are 18 or over. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend or close it.
The content is educational and spiritual. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
Nothing in the app should be used to diagnose, treat or manage a health condition. If you are unwell or worried about your health, please speak to a healthcare professional.
We try hard to distinguish documented history from modern tradition, folklore and our own suggestions, but the app is offered for general information and we cannot guarantee that every statement is complete or free of error.
Spells, rituals, correspondences, moon practices and similar material are offered as spiritual and creative practice. We make no claim that any practice will produce a particular result, and nothing in the app should be relied on to bring about an outcome in the world.
Some activities involve candles, matches, incense, herbs, plants, essential oils, food and drink, or being outdoors. You take part in these at your own risk and are responsible for doing so safely and lawfully.
Follow the safety notes given in the app, never leave a burning candle or incense unattended, keep flames away from children, pets and anything flammable, and never eat, drink or apply anything to your skin unless you are certain it is safe for you, including any allergies, medication, pregnancy or pet safety considerations.
Do not forage or gather plants unless you are certain of identification and permitted to do so.
Some content and features are available only with a Pretty Little Wiccan Plus subscription. Free features remain available without payment.
Plus is offered on a recurring monthly or annual basis at the prices shown in the app at the time of purchase. Prices may change in future, and any change will be shown before you subscribe or renew.
Access to Plus content depends on your subscription being active. Plus is linked to the email address you sign in with, so you can restore it on another browser or device by signing in with that same email.
We may add, change or remove individual Plus features as the app develops.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also accept Stripe's terms for that payment, and your payment details are handled by Stripe rather than by us.
Plus is a recurring subscription, available monthly or annually. It renews automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
You can cancel renewal at any time from Settings, then Manage subscription, which opens the payment provider's billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your Plus access normally continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Because Plus content is digital and made available to you straight away, you are asked before purchase to expressly consent to that immediate supply and to acknowledge that, once supply begins, you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel that would otherwise apply to the digital content.
Nothing here removes your statutory rights as a consumer. If the content or service is faulty, misdescribed, not supplied as agreed, or another statutory remedy applies, those rights still stand, and any refund required by law will be provided.
The original writing, lessons, illustrations, design and code in Pretty Little Wiccan belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other rights.
You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial practice. Please do not copy, republish, resell or redistribute substantial parts of the content without permission.
Historical facts, traditional practices and public-domain material are of course not ours to own; our rights cover the way they are written and presented here.
Anything you write in the Book of Shadows or in reflections stays yours, and we make no claim to it. It is stored on your device, and, if you switch account backup on, a private copy is also held against your account so your own devices can pick it up. It is never published or shown to other users.
Please use the app lawfully and reasonably. Do not attempt to break, probe or interfere with the app or its security, do not attempt to gain access to paid features without paying, and do not use the app to harm or harass anyone.
We may suspend access where use is unlawful or is damaging the service for others.
The app is provided as it is. We cannot guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change over time.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for loss arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you have paid us for it in the twelve months before the loss.
With account backup off, app data is stored only on your device, so we are not able to recover content lost by clearing browser data, changing device or browser fault. Backup is not a guaranteed archive either. Please keep your own copy of anything important.
These terms may be updated as the app develops. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
