Full Moon practice

Gratitude and release at the brightest point.

What you’ll need

A view of the sky if possible; a window works.

How it goes

  1. 1

Look at the moon, or simply towards the sky if it's cloudy.

  2. 2

Name three things you're grateful for since the new moon.

  3. 3

Name one thing you're ready to release.

  4. 4

Optional: leave a glass of water on the windowsill overnight, and drink it in the morning as a reminder.

  5. 5

Close by grounding for a minute.

Full moon gatherings are often called Esbats. Practice varies hugely between traditions.

Come back whenever it suits you.
